Homeschool Science Labs and Workshops
The Science & Discovery Center has exciting homeschool classes available for families looking to supplement their science curriculum, explore physics, biology, engineering and more with our specialized equipment and expert teachers, and network with other homeschooling families.
Homeschool Science Labs
A program specifically designed for the educational need of homeschoolers and homeschool parents. Labs are filled with activities, experiments and demos and correlate with the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards and the National Science Standards. Labs are broken up into 2 sessions and include a Discovery Lab and Discovery Dissection. Homeschool Science Labs are open to ages 6-12 with an emphasis on students in grades 4th-6th.

Homeschool Science Labs are every second Wednesday of each month.
Time: 10:00am-1:00pm
Registration Fee: $10.00 for first child, $8.00 for each additional child, parents are no charge.
